BODYKITS/SPOILERS:
Buyer fully understands that all body kits and spoilers are sold "as is" with no warranty. All our body kits are carefully packaged and boxed, but once in a while, damage may occur while shipping. "SpeedStash Motorsports" is responsible only for the shipping out of the product, and any damages must be reported to the shipping carrier. All our body kits are shipped with insurance for this matter. Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, "SpeedStash Motorsports". is not responsible or liable for any damage or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your parts). Buyer understands that all bodykits/spoilers may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal of factory bumper lights/side marker indicators, shaving, molding, etc. Because many of these kits are prototyped and used on non-USA vehicles that have much less safety standards/requirements in their respective countries of origin, "SpeedStash Motorsports". is not liable for any illegal street use of these parts. Bodykits require some prep work before painting and professional body shop installation is highly recommended. Body kit orders are not like typical products; they are hand crafted and engineered. If backordered or not in stock, "SpeedStash Motorsports" has no choice but to charge a 15% reversal transaction fee (of the total price) to cover charges of refund and accounting, if you decide to cancel your order. Please do not try and "dispute" this 15% fee because it is out of our hands and not in the jurisdiction of "SpeedStash Motorsports" to waive it.
"SpeedStash Motorsports" does not give out tracking information for orders and is in no way obliged to provide them to our customers.
Fiberglass body kits are sold "AS IS" and it is the customers responsibility to know all of the work involved in the installation process. Understand fiberglass kits are not always direct bolt-ons. Sometimes it is possible a fiberglass kit may need a lot of prep work including filling gaps, trimming, or grinding. "SpeedStash Motorsports" recommends that the retail customer seek an experienced custom shop to do the install on body kits and know all the procedures, of installing fiberglass kits. Photos of products are to show style and may vary from actual product. We do not recommend a collision shop to do installs on body kits, they are only experienced on installing OEM parts that are direct bolt-on and do not know the procedure of installing fiberglass body kits.
FIBERGLASS/ CARBON HOODS:
Buyer fully understands that all fiberglass and carbon fiber hoods or hoods in general that are sold by "SpeedStash Motorsports". are sold "as-is" with no warranty expressed or implied. All hoods are made for track use only and not legal on public highways or streets.Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, "SpeedStash Motorsports". is not responsible or liable for any damage or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your parts). We strongly recommend Hood Pins for safety reinforcement. Buyer Understands all Hoods are aftermarket parts and have no OEM specifications whatsoever. Hoods may require some prep work and modifications before painting and installation - professional body shop installation is highly recommended.
CONDITIONS OF SALE:
All Sales are final and all products sold by "SpeedStash Motorsports". are sold "as-is" to the Buyer. Damages by Freight must be reported to be claimed against freight company.
SHIPPING DAMAGE:
Damage may occur occasionally in transit. Shipments are NOT automatically insured by the carrier and insurance is NOT included on the standard freight quote. Customer must request freight insurance with their order. Any damage in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier; therefore the purchaser must make all damage claims directly to the carrier. In case of damage, retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied by the transit company if you do so. If the damage is apparent upon receipt, accept the merchandise and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn, or broken packing) on the Freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification. All parts must be inspected before the driver leaves or else claims can be denied by the transit freight company. If any damage has occurred, not it on the driver's bill and have him initial it and make a copy for your records. All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier. "SpeedStash Motorsports" under no circumstances shall be liable for the damage merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.
CANCELLATION/RETURNS:
Cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee up to 25% of the original purchase price. Special order and made to order items may not be cancelled or returned. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped. All other returns must be approved by "SpeedStash Motorsports" prior to being returned. ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST RECEIVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM "SpeedStash Motorsports" and must have an valid RMA number. All authorized returns must be returned within 10 days after being delivered. Any items received after 10 days or without approval from "SpeedStash Motorsports" will be refused and returned to the purchaser at his/her own expense. All returns must be in unused, unaltered, and unpainted condition. All returns must be sent shipping prepaid. Any returns sent freight collect will be refused and returned to the purchaser at their own expense. All returnable items must be carefully packed in original packing (or better) if the original packing is no longer in good condition. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his own protection, since neither "SpeedStash Motorsports" nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. Refunds will not be issued on returned merchandise damaged on the way back to "SpeedStash Motorsports". It is the buyer's responsibility to insure the returned shipment. In the event returned merchandise is damaged, "SpeedStash Motorsports" will file a claim with the carrier and refund the purchaser upon settlement of the claim.

"SpeedStash Motorsports". reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. "SpeedStash Motorsports". reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. "SpeedStash Motorsports". may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
By submitting your creative ideas, inventions, suggestions or materials (your "submission") you grant "SpeedStash Motorsports". a royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable, license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display your submission (in whole or in part) worldwide and to incorporate your submission in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed without any notice or compensation to you.
LIMITATION AND LIABILITY OF DISCLAIMER

"SpeedStash Motorsports". makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to the operation, contents, information, or materials contained therein. You agree that "SpeedStash Motorsports"., its directors, officers, employees or other representatives shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation, content or use of the "SpeedStash Motorsports". web site. You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
"SpeedStash Motorsports". shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, "SpeedStash Motorsports". shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
JURISDICTION
You agree that any legal action brought against "SpeedStash Motorsports". shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on "SpeedStash Motorsports" shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Cook County in the State of Illinois.

RETURNS ON ALL OTHER ITEMS
Absolutely no returns after 10 days. All items sold are BRAND NEW and "as is." All rights reserved by SpeedStash Motorsports to accept or reject returns, only upon certain and specific conditions. All items subject to 25% restocking fee.
Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery of products, under conditions of backorders etc. SpeedStash Motorsports, like every other parts dealer and retailer does not hold in stock EVERY item sold, and are often ordered, if not found in the warehouse. No refunds on items that have been paid and ordered for customer. All rights reserved by SpeedStash Motorsports.
ANYONE TAMPERING WITH THE SHOPPING CART AND/OR PAYMENT DEVICES AND SYSTEMS PHYSICALLY OR ELECTRONICALLY ON www.SpeedStash.com and all it's sub-pages are subject to fine, or only partial payment returns by SpeedStash Motorsports to compensate for this abuse. SpeedStash Motorsport reserves all rights to determine how much is to be returned for this type of abuse.
