"Speed Stash Inc." or "SPEED STASH" or "SPEED STASH INC" or "SPEEDSTASH.COM" disregarding capitalization or punctuation are all in reference to the company website of whom these Terms and Agreements appear on.
Speed Stash Inc. reserves the right, before and/or after receiving your product(s), to refuse any returns, exchanges and cancellations. Please remember that most items cannot be returned unless the wrong item was sent or if a staff member of Speed Stash Inc. was at fault. In these rare cases, please contact us so we can resolve the issue. If it is found that Speed Stash Inc. is not at fault and the item is still in brand-new condition, Speed Stash Inc. can take a return but may involve a restocking fee to cover charges of shipping, boxing, labor and legal work involved. Shipping charges cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Speed Stash Inc. reserves the right to charge all/every fee for violation of one of any of these policies. Please do not try to dispute them; they are out of our control.
In any case of approved returns/exchanges, shipping charges are NOT refundable. Please remember that shipping costs go to the shipping company, and not to Speed Stash Inc., hence it is out of our control and we cannot reimburse you money on behalf of the shipping company.
BODYKITS/SPOILERS:
Buyer fully understands that all body kits and spoilers are sold "as is" with no warranty. All our body kits are carefully packaged and boxed, but once in a while, damage may occur while shipping. "Speed Stash Inc." is responsible only for the shipping out of the product, and any damages must be reported to the shipping carrier. All our body kits are shipped with insurance for this matter. Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, "Speed Stash Inc.". is not responsible or liable for any damage or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your parts). Buyer understands that all bodykits/spoilers may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal of factory bumper lights/side marker indicators, shaving, molding, etc. Because many of these kits are prototyped and used on non-USA vehicles that have much less safety standards/requirements in their respective countries of origin, "Speed Stash Inc.". is not liable for any illegal street use of these parts. Bodykits require some prep work before painting and professional body shop installation is highly recommended. Body kit orders are not like typical products; they are hand crafted and engineered. If backordered or not in stock, "Speed Stash Inc." has no choice but to charge a 15% reversal transaction fee (of the total price) to cover charges of refund and accounting, if you decide to cancel your order. Please do not try and "dispute" this 15% fee because it is out of our hands and not in the jurisdiction of "Speed Stash Inc." to waive it.
Fiberglass body kits are sold "AS IS" and it is the customers responsibility to know all of the work involved in the installation process. Please understand fiberglass kits are not always direct bolt-ons. Sometimes it is possible a fiberglass kit may need prep work including filling gaps, trimming, or grinding. "Speed Stash Inc." recommends that the retail customer seek an experienced custom shop to do the install on body kits and choose a body man who is familiar with all the procedures of installing fiberglass kits. We do not recommend a collision shop to do installs on body kits, they are only experienced on installing OEM parts that are direct bolt-on and do not know the procedure of installing aftermarket body kits.
FIBERGLASS/ CARBON HOODS:
Buyer fully understands that all fiberglass and carbon fiber hoods or hoods in general that are sold by "Speed Stash Inc.". are sold "as-is" with no warranty expressed or implied. All hoods are made for track use only and not legal on public highways or streets. Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, "Speed Stash Inc.". is not responsible or liable for any damage or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your parts). We strongly recommend Hood Pins for safety reinforcement. Buyer understands all Hoods are aftermarket parts and have no OEM specifications whatsoever. Hoods may require some prep work and modifications before painting and installation - professional body shop installation is highly recommended.
CONDITIONS OF SALE:
All Sales are final and all products sold by "Speed Stash Inc.". are sold "as-is" to the Buyer. Damages by Freight must be reported to be claimed against freight company. Any items REJECTED and sent back to shipper is not AUTHORIZED, unless it is approved by Speed Stash Inc.. If the rejection of a package is not authorized, the buyer will be charged up to 25% fee of the BASE price, separate from the 20% restocking which may or may not be applied for cancelled orders (please refer to CANCELLATION/RETURNS section of terms and agreements). All photos of products on our website are for reference purposes only, and the actual product may differ from the photos shown. Please note, most photos of products on our website are the finished product. Actual product may be slightly different than shown, or may be missing certain parts or have additional parts attached. Please call us for any clarification prior to ordering. Please place your order carefully and double check that your are ordering the correct product for your vehicle! Or call us 1-877-7-CARPARTS to confirm the correct part prior to placing the order. Once an order goes out, it is very difficult for us to take the item back simply because of the customers error.
SHIPPING DAMAGE:
Damage may occur occasionally in transit. Shipments are insured by the carrier and insurance is included on the standard freight quotes. Any damage in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier; therefore the purchaser must make all damage claims directly to the carrier. In case of damage, retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect. If the damage is apparent upon receipt, reject the package and note to the driver that it is damaged. A new part will then be shipped, and the insurance claim can then be handled by Speed Stash Inc.. If you sign and accept the package, it is out of our hands and can no longer be handled by our company, so please inspect all packages carefully! All parts must be inspected before the driver leaves or else claims can be denied by the transit freight company. If any damage has occurred, note it on the driver's bill and have him initial it and make a copy for your records. All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier. "Speed Stash Inc." under no circumstances shall be liable for the damage merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier. We ship out the merchandise, we don't deliver it. Please be reasonable in your requests.
In the event that a product pickup is arranged, "Speed Stash Inc." will not be held liable for damage incurred during transit, and once product(s) has left the warehouse. A pickup fee of up to $65 may be applied to customers for all fiberglass or urethane body kits, bumpers, side skirts, spoilers and wings.
CANCELLATION/RETURNS:
Cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee up to 25% of the original purchase price. Special order items may not be cancelled or returned. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped. All other returns must be approved by "Speed Stash Inc." prior to being returned. ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST RECEIVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM "Speed Stash Inc." and must have an valid RMA number. All authorized returns must be returned within 10 days after being delivered. Any items received after 10 days or without approval from "Speed Stash Inc." will be refused and returned to the purchaser at his/her own expense. All returns must be in unused, unaltered, and unpainted condition. All returns must be sent shipping prepaid. Any returns sent freight collect will be refused and returned to the purchaser at their own expense. All returnable items must be carefully packed in original packing (or better) if the original packing is no longer in good condition. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his own protection, since neither "Speed Stash Inc." nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. Refunds will not be issued on returned merchandise damaged on the way back to "Speed Stash Inc.". It is the buyer's responsibility to insure the returned shipment. In the event returned merchandise is damaged, "Speed Stash Inc." will file a claim with the carrier and refund the purchaser upon settlement of the claim.

"Speed Stash Inc.". reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. "Speed Stash Inc.". may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
By submitting your creative ideas, inventions, suggestions or materials (your "submission") you grant "Speed Stash Inc.". a royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable, license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display your submission (in whole or in part) worldwide and to incorporate your submission in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed without any notice or compensation to you.
LIMITATION AND LIABILITY OF DISCLAIMER

"Speed Stash Inc.". makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to the operation, contents, information, or materials contained therein. You agree that "Speed Stash Inc."., its directors, officers, employees or other representatives shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation, content or use of the "Speed Stash Inc.". web site. You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
"Speed Stash Inc.". shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, "Speed Stash Inc.". shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
"Speed Stash Inc." and/or all afilliates and distributors will not be held responsible for injury/death due to misuse of items sold.
JURISDICTION
You agree that any legal action brought against/from "Speed Stash Inc." shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on "Speed Stash Inc." shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Cook County in the State of Illinois.
"Speed Stash Inc.". reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
RETURNS ON ALL OTHER ITEMS
Absolutely no returns after 10 days of receiving your product. All items sold are BRAND NEW and "as is." All rights reserved by Speed Stash Inc. to accept or reject returns, only upon certain and specific conditions. All items subject up to a 25% restocking fee.
PAYMENTS
Customer understands that placing an order with "Speed Stash Inc." through the telephone or website, is a contractual obligation and the customer agrees to pay for the products purchased. If the customers payment method is insufficient to cover the price of item(s) purchased, "Speed Stash Inc." reserves the right to charge up to 50% of the purchase price to compensate for wasted time and labor. Please do not place an order if you cannot afford it; you will be charged.
"Speed Stash Inc." reserves the right to charge credit/debit/check cards prior to shipping the item. "Speed Stash Inc." is in no way obligated to notify every individual customer regarding backorders of product(s) purchased, unless the backorder timeframe exceeds 90 days. "Speed Stash Inc." reserves the right to charge payments to the customer for items on backorder less than 90 days without notification.
For international orders placed or being shipped/billed outside the United States, Speed Stash Inc. reserves the right to hold payments for up to 60 days prior to shipping products. Speed Stash Inc. also reserves the right to ask for financial information, including but not limited to credit card photocopies, social security numbers, billing and personal information to verify authenticity of the cardholder or customer in question.
International orders shipping to Canada, Mexico and other parts of North America, but outside the United States borders, may require extra import, tax and custom fees, as well as extra shipping charges of up to 30% of the original purchase amount. Speed Stash Inc. reserves the right to charge these payments to customers for international orders without notice.
All cancellation and restocking fees apply to cancelled international orders as stated in these terms and agreements. International orders may NOT be cancelled after 24 hours of purchase in Central Standard Time in the United States, without being subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%. In the event that a product has already been shipping internationally, orders may not be cancelled. Speed Stash Inc. reserves any rights to object or reject cancelled orders.
"Speed Stash Inc." and all in/out house attorneys WILL pursue all fraudulent and illegal activities brought upon, either directly or indirectly, to "Speed Stash Inc.." Including, but not limited to, credit card fraud, identity theft, misleading information, and any/all illegal activities deemed so by the state of Illinois, and or presiding states.
Do not use stolen or fraudulent credit cards on SpeedStash.com under penalty of severe legal action.
Speed Stash Inc. reserves the right to decline or cancel any orders for any reasons. Speed Stash Inc. will not be held liable for overdraft fees or other bank/issuer fees incurred to customers placing orders via SpeedStash.com or by telephone. Please do not place orders you know you cannot afford, we will process and ship the order regardless.
