What forms of payment does Speed Stash accept?

When will I be billed?

If paying via credit or debit card, cards are charged usually the same day or the day prior to the item being shipped. If for any reason an item is out of stock or on backorder, the customer will be informed.

If paying via money order or cashier's check, items in stock will ship the same day. If personal check is issued, we must wait for funds to clear before shipping your product.
 

What is your return policy?

We strive to do everything possible to keep our customers happy. However, please be reasonable in your requests. Please read out terms and agreements

What happens if I don't get my shipment?

We ship all our products as soon as possible...however, if you do not receive your product after a considerable amount of time, please contact us and let us know.

What type of warranties do you offer on products?

All warranties for products are offered by the manufacturer of the product. Almost all our products sold have warranties offered by the manufacturers. However, we cannot offer warranties on products unless it is manufactured by Speed Stash inc. or an affiliated company.

What is a PART #?

The PART# is a unique identification number to distinguish the thousands of parts we sell.

How will my item be shipped?

Here at Speed Stash, we use dynamic shipping. This means that we will switch shipping carriers depending on what items you are purchasing. Sometimes, a certain carrier will be faster than another, depending on the size of the item, and the location it is being shipped to. We will then select this carrier (UPS, Airborne, DHL, USPS, FedEX, Freight etc.) and ship your product.

Please note that oversized items exceed the legal limits of traditional carriers, and must be shipped via freight truck. These items usually include body kits and parts, hoods, large spoilers and wheels. 

Just another thing we do to make sure products arrive to our customers as soon as possible.

How long does shipping usually take?

Most of our items in stock ship out the same day or next day. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, our customer will be notified and the situation assessed.
