HOW XENON HEADLIGHTS WORK

Basics |
|
When referring to Xenons, there are
HID systems or
xenon
style bulbs. HID systems use xenon filled gas bulbs and high
voltage conversion system to output high intensity glow, such as
those shown in BMW and Mercedes. Xenon style headlight bulbs have
this same xenon gas inside the bulbs, but with a lower voltage
than HID conversion due to the fact that a conversion box is not
wired into the bulbs, and the bulbs are of less strength. |

Installation |
|
Installation for HID conversion
systems require wiring, professional installation recommended. As
for xenon style bulbs, you can simply pop out the old headlight
bulbs and plug these in. |
